Questions

How does activation work offline?
You activate once. After that, PitchDance runs without checking in, so you can work with no network, on a plane or in a locked-down studio. Your license lives on your machine.
How many machines can I use it on?
Your own machines, for your personal use. Install it on the computers you work on, studio and laptop, and activate them the same way.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial is fully featured for 14 days and starts only when you choose Start free trial. After it expires, saved projects and playback still work, while Transfer and Export wait for a license. Buying activates the same installation.
What about refunds?
You can ask for one within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support or use the refund link on your Paddle receipt. Read the refund policy.
Who handles payment and tax?
Checkout runs through Paddle, our merchant of record. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and handled at checkout.
