Common questions
- How do I activate my license?

Buy PitchDance, open License & updates in the app, choose Activate a license, and paste the key from your email. Keep the trial installed—activation unlocks that same copy. The key is verified locally and does not need an account or ongoing internet connection.
- I lost my license key. What now?

Log in to your account dashboard to view your key, or use the resend option to have it emailed to you again.
- How does the free trial work?

The trial is fully featured for 14 days, with no card or account. Downloading, installing, and DAW scanning do not use trial time; the clock starts only when you choose Start free trial. After it expires, saved projects and playback still work, while Transfer and Export wait for a license.
- Which DAWs are supported?

PitchDance ships in AU, VST3 and CLAP formats for compatible macOS hosts. Use the format your DAW supports, or use the standalone app when you are working with an audio file. Pro Tools is not supported because PitchDance does not include AAX.
- What are the system requirements?

macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Windows support is coming later.
- Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
